SparkyMinis Media-Tech LLP ("we", "us") built Sparky Trips. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023) and general good practice for a business-to-business SaaS product.
1. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone (optional), organization details you provide during signup.
- Usage data: how you use Sparky Trips — pages visited, features used, timestamps — to operate and improve the service.
- Business data: the content you and your team create in Sparky Trips (e.g. bookings, documents, customer records) to run the product for you. This remains yours — see our Terms of Service.
- Payment data: we do not store your card details. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we retain only transaction references and amounts, not card numbers.
2. How we use it
- To provide, maintain, and improve Sparky Trips.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
- To provide customer support.
- To meet legal and tax obligations (e.g. GST-compliant invoicing).
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Where it's stored
Sparky Trips runs on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Backups are encrypted and retained on a limited schedule (see our Security page for specifics).
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run Sparky Trips (payment processing, email delivery, hosting) under contractual confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're legally required to retain records (e.g. billing/tax history).
6. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for details on the cookies we use.
7. Children
Sparky Trips is a business tool not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to this policy
