Getting started

What is Sparky Trips? +

Sparky Trips is two things: a companion app your travel agency can give you access to for a specific trip (itinerary, messages, documents), and your own personal trip planner, expense tracker, and document wallet — usable on its own, with or without an agency.

My agency invited me — do I need to pay for anything? +

No. Being invited by your agency as a companion for a departure is always free — the pricing below is only for the personal planning/expense-tracking side, which is entirely optional.

Do I need a credit card to sign up? +

No — the Lite plan is free forever, no card required. You only pay if you choose to upgrade for your own personal use.

Billing & plans

What happens if I cancel a paid plan? +

Your plan stays fully active through the period you already paid for. It simply doesn't renew after that, and your account moves to the free Lite plan.

Do you offer refunds? +

No — all payments are final, including for unused time in a billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

What payment methods are supported? +

We accept all major cards, UPI, and net banking via Razorpay.

Your data & privacy

Can my agency see my personal expenses or receipts? +

No — your personal expense tracker and receipt photos are private to you and never visible to any agency. Receipt photos are stored only on your own device, not uploaded anywhere.

Is my data secure? +

Yes — see our Security page for details on encryption, backups, and how data stays isolated between your personal account and any agency you're a companion for.

How do I get support? +
